PEQUIGNET
Watch brand Pequignet is one of the last truly independent French Haute Horlogerie houses that truly retain control over their designs and production. An established name in France and the watchmaking world, you can feel the passion and love for their métier. That passion merges with the ambition to deliver an authentic luxury brand of the highest quality, for which Pequignet was awarded the Fleur-de-Lis.
Pequignet Manufacture is the figurehead of French Haute Horlogerie. In the heart of the Jura, Pequignet has taken up the challenge of creating its own manufacture timepiece that, for the first time in France, integrates all complications in the same plate. The Calibre Royal is praised for its exceptional performance, beauty and precision.
Pequignet Horloger Créateur models catch the eye thanks to their signature 'French touch', a subtle combination of sophistication and sobriety. Pequignet's recognisable DNA combined with their 'savoir-faire', makes the brand a symbol of timeless class.
In 2021, Pequignet presented its third in-house manufacture, the Calibre Initial. The calibre was celebrated with a limited edition entirely in pink gold 18kt. A beautiful timepiece for which the designers had less is more in mind. What makes this calibre so special is that it features a patented mechanism where the date jumps in one movement. Unique in the watchmaking world. At Pequignet, each watchmaker pays special attention to detail and finish. This is Pequignet's trademark.
Personally, Pequignet women's watches stand out for me. The models are very feminine and elegant. Just think of the Trocadero line or the typical link bracelet from the Moorea collection. Or the playfulness of Attelage, where you can change the leather strap very easily. Pequignet's finesse and refined style is a treat for the eye.
